For Sdl Solutions the brief was large and challenging which we love!

The film had to do a number of things including raise brand awareness, introduce a new product line, increase sales, educate and also attract apprentices to join the business.

Sdl were rather new on the scene and needed to put a flag down and announce their arrival as one of the nations premier bio energy providers.

Sdl gave us a lot of creative freedom with this project which allowed us to indulge in our passion for creating cinematic style imagery. We spent time planning the project shot by shot, shooting at multiple location and employing all our production tools.

This film features some of our favourite aerial footage filmed using our X5R Inspire drone which was well worth getting up at 4am to capture.

We used a variety of filming techniques to illustrate the full process of producing wood pellets including high frame rate filming for slow motion sequences to steadycam tracking shots.

As a cinematic piece of video content this is one of our favourites, not only because it received such a warm reception but because the production process was so enjoyable.
